40mph limit in place on some sections
Speed limits are in place on parts of the TT course while essential work is carried out.
It's not all directly connected to the festival, but are things which need to be done before the fortnight.
It includes things like cutting back trees, weed spraying and pot hole fixing, which is now getting underway after delays caused by the recent bad weather.
The Department of Infrastructure says the 40 mile-per-hour limit will help ensure staff safety and ultimately be less disruptive than temporary zones.
