Claims it will put more money back into sellers' pocket
Competition in the property market has stepped up with one local estate agency offering a reduced one-price fee for sellers.
CG Red - a division of Cowley Groves - says sellers will be charged a flat fee of £750; a potential saving of more than £2,000.
It's applicable to homes priced up to £350,000.
Director Orry-James Creane claims the saving will put more money back into sellers' pockets and increase supply at the lower end of the market:
