More houses could be on the way says developer
Port St Mary could be about to get 20 new homes, if planners give the scheme the green light.
Haven Homes, based in Port Erin, has applied to demolish the village’s disused gasworks and build a housing estate on the land near the village’s railway station.
The company says a quarter of the homes would be affordable housing, and it’ll apply for more housing on a builder’s yard next door at a later date.
You can find out more about the scheme, and send you comments to planners, via the government’s website gov.im.
