New rules will come into force from 1 January 2021
Workers from the European Union who intend to continue working in the Isle of Man from January must ensure they have permanent status, or risk being classed as an overstayer.
Immigration rules are changing from 1 January, with those already based on the Island able to register to remain.
Those seeking employment on the Isle of Man in the future will need a worker migrant visa.
