'Poli-chics' is being organised by The Level Up Club
It's hoped an event this week will help younger women on the Isle of Man feel more empowered to use their vote.
Ahead of September's General Election, The Level Up Club is arranging a tour of the Legislative Buildings followed by a workshop exploring what the Island should look like.
'Poli-chics' is taking place on Thursday (16 July).
Founder Ealish Corlett told Manx Radio it was inspired by comments from some of their members:
