First time for umbrella strategy
The Road Safety Manager at Isle of Man Constabulary says we need proper data-based evidence on what causes accidents ahead of forming an all-island road safety strategy.
It's the first time such an "umbrella" strategy for the Island has been looked at, and earlier this year the public were asked for their views on the issue.
Samantha Heard says they're putting together an evidence-base before forming any policies.
