Nurses set to take strike action next week
We all need to ‘get real’ about 'whether we value our health service and all the staff who work in it and pay them adequately and commensurate with the vital work they do and skills they have'.
That's from retired union representative Bernard Moffatt, who says the current administration 'has its priorities wrong'.
He was reacting to news that nurses on the Island are to take up to three days of strike action in an ongoing dispute over pay and conditions.
