Pupils taking exams this week are being warned not to rely on buses to get them to and from school.
That's come from the Department of Education's Head of Legal and Administrative Services John Gill.
The 12-day strike by bus drivers is due to run until Wednesday night.
Mr Gill says parents should make alternative arrangements for their kids, if necessary:
