Government transparency focus for 'un-conference'
Academics, officials and industry experts from across the globe are gathering for a unique 'un-conference' in Douglas today.
The second annual Open Data Camp is taking place in the parliament buildings on Finch Road.
Every aspect of data collection - from privacy and transparency to hacking and cutting-edge research - is up for discussion.
