The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA) is looking for interested persons to run Laxey Glen Pavilion.
DEFA says it wants "a dynamic and innovative" operator to take up the five year lease.
Two leasing options are being made available to applicants.
Interested parties can put in to either manage the Pavilion restaurant and ballroom on its own, or combined with managing and using the surrounding Glen, gardens and wooded areas.
The Department says public access to the glen and gardens is a key consideration of the lease option . . and preference will be given to offers which support this.
The Pavilion has previously been operated as a café, licenced restaurant and function venue.
The closing date for applications will be noon on Thursday 4th September.
