One-way system came into force between roundels this morning
Extra signs will be put out to make motorists aware of the one-way system on Harris Promenade.
The section between the two roundels is one way to drivers heading in a northbound direction for the next week.
A number of drivers have contacted Manx Radio reporting congestion around Broadway and the surrounding areas as a result of the changes, which came into force this morning.
The Isle of Man Constabulary has confirmed more signage will be put out to ensure those travelling in the area know about the restrictions.
