Traffic lights to be in place near damaged landmark
Temporary two-way traffic lights will be in place along the New Castletown Road this week as work gets underway to repair the Fairy Bridge.
The iconic landmark was damaged earlier this month after a heavy goods vehicle came off the road.
The lights will be in place between 9:30am and 3:30pm each day, from now until Friday.
On 15 May, fire and rescue teams had to use hydraulic equipment to help one of the vehicle's two occupants.
