RTC chairman to depart after more than three decades on the board
The outgoing chairman of Ramsey Town Commissioners says he's leaving his post with pride but concerns for the future.
Richard Radcliffe is to stand down this month, after more than three decades as a member of the board.
He's seen many changes to both Ramsey and the Island generally.
Although he admits leaving will be bittersweet, ineffectiveness of some of the decision making has left him frustrated.
