The owner of farmland in Braddan says he's reaching the end of his tether after a series of dog attacks on sheep.
Alf Caine of Castleward Farm says two animals were killed in the latest distressing attack.
Mr Caine has praised the Police response but doesn't believe government is doing enough to tackle the root cause behind a sharp rise in the number of incidents.
