Father yet to enter pleas
A father and son have appeared in court alongside each other over drugs charges.
Twenty-year-old Nathen Muzik and 50-year-old Ivan Muzik appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
Both live in Marathon Drive in Douglas.
Prosecution advocate Roger Kane said investigations had revealed new evidence, and he withdrew one count of possessing drugs with intent to supply them against Nathen Muzik.
His father, Ivan Muzik, hasn't yet entered pleas to a total of four charges.
On 27 March he’s said to have possessed drugs, and also faces two charges of possessing them with intent to supply on the same date.
He also faces one allegation of being unlawfully concerned in the supply of drugs between 25 August last year and 3 September this year.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 and will appear in court again on 12 November.
