Kaiden rushed to Noble's Hospital and then airlifted to Alder Hey
A father is warning people to ensure toys, and remote controls, are secure after his four-year-old son accidentally swallowed a button battery.
Ryan Taylor's son Kaiden was rushed to Noble's Hospital by his grandmother last week.
He'd been playing with a remote control when the battery dislodged and Kaiden ingested it.

After being seen in the Emergency Department at Noble's Hospital Kaiden and his grandmother were airlifted to Alder Hey Children's Hospital, in Liverpool, where Ryan met up with them.
He spoke to Manx Radio's Chanelle Sukhoo:

Kaiden will now spend a number of weeks at Alder Hey as he continues his recovery.
"We think it's inhumane the way he was treated."
