Charge goes up by £101
An increased fee for appealing planning decisions is causing concern.
Architect and former chairman of Manx National Heritage Tony Pass, has expressed worry over the 58% hike from £175 to £276.
Though it may not have much of an impact for larger companies, the rise could dramatically affect the everyday person within the industry.
He says it seems like an attempt by government to cut out the less well-off from consultation:
