Two online surveys launched as part of transformation programme
Government wants to find out about you experience of using cardiology and vascular health services.
Two new online surveys are being run by the Department of Health and Social Care.
These questionnaires are the latest in the department's transformation programme, reviewing a number of areas within DHSC.
The cardiology survey is for anyone who's had or is having "care for their heart, circulation or uncontrolled blood pressure."
The vascular services are for anyone, past and present, with blood clots, leg ulcers, anyone who regularly attends the blood clinic or has undergone vascular surgery.
