Police appeal for witnesses to incident on Harris Promenade
Police are appealing for witnesses after fencing and construction materials being used for the Douglas promenade works were damaged in a collision.
The temporary fencing opposite the Villa Marina Colonnade was struck by a black Volkswagen Golf in the early hours of Sunday 15 November.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who saw what happened.
Those who may have witnessed the incident are urged to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
