Vice chair of Garff Commissioners announces intention to stand
A fifth candidate has announced their intention to stand in Garff at this year's House of Keys General Election.
Aishlinn Creer is the vice chair of Garff Commissioners and has worked as an executive assistant for large companies in the private sector.
She lists government spending, healthcare and the Mooir Vannin windfarm project among the areas she's most concerned about.
She says: "I am standing for election because I believe Garff deserves a stronger voice in Tynwald, a voice that asks difficult questions, a voice that challenges waste and complacency, a voice that stands up for residents, a voice that delivers."
The other candidates who are standing in Garff are Anthony Allen, Sean Bostrom, Daphne Caine and Peter Kermeen.
The election takes place on Thursday 24 September.
