It was cold, with mean maximum and minimum temperatures around 1C lower than the long-term average.
Despite the second half of the month being completely dry, spells of heavier rain in the first couple of weeks gave a total of 66.6mm at Ronaldsway, slightly above the February mean.
On the 13th the total precipitation at Ronaldsway measured 23.4mm, the wettest February day for a decade.
