Beach Buddies were due to tackle Ramsey
The final Beach Buddies beach clean-up event of the year has been cancelled due to the poor weather forecast for today.
The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain and coastal overtopping, covering the whole Island.
A team of volunteers was due to take on Ramsey this morning, clearing plastic and debris which had washed ashore.
Founder Bill Dale says the team will back in the new year with an event in South Barrule plantation on 3 January.
