The public consultation on proposals for an NHS Levy closes today.
Treasury says the charge would be separate from income tax, with a view to improving the Island's healthcare services.
Some have raised concerns over the fairness of the levy, but Treasury Minister Alex Allinson insists no final decisions have been made.
