Public responses will close at 5pm
Residents of Ramsey have until the end of the today to have their say on the proposed £40 million Sulby Riverside development in the town.
The online questionnaire and feedback form on the developers website will stop taking comments at 5 o'clock on 17 December.
After that the data will be analysed and any feasible changes suggested by the public could be incorporated into the scheme.
The plan is to create new retail opportunities, 207 homes, three public parks and a riverside gastro-pub with function rooms.
