Unions urge all members to attend event at Braddan Church after ballot
A meeting to determine what, if any, industrial action teaching unions will take in their ongoing pay dispute with education bosses is being held on the Island later this month.
ASCL, the NAHT and NASUWT are inviting all members to the event at Braddan Church on 28 January.
Those registered with the three unions will have received ballot papers last week.
Members are currently considering whether to take industrial action, including the option for a walkout.
The ballot will close on 21 January, with the next step including the type of action to be determined at the meeting the following week.
The unions are appealing for all senior leaders and teachers from the Island's schools to attend.
However, the venue has limited capacity, so those planning to go are urged to register through Eventbrite.
