Government trying to attract more staff
Hospitality businesses will be given financial incentives to try and attract more workers to the Isle of Man.
The Department for Enterprise has launched a new scheme to help recruit seasonal staff ahead of TT and summer.
Two £500 grants will be given to the business after the employee's first and six month in the job.
