Open invitation to coffee morning
The creation of a Foodbank hub in the north of the Island could move a step closer this morning (Saturday).
Volunteers will be based at the Church on the Rock in Ramsey from 10 o’clock until midday.
As demand for food parcels in the island increases, anyone who wants to find out more are asked to pop in for a cup of coffee and chat.
One of the team behind the initiative, Louise Whitelegg, says it’s important those struggling to make ends meet need help and support.
