11 individuals and 26 businesses penalised
Fines totalling more than £41,000 have been issued to 11 individuals and 26 businesses on the Isle of Man.
It follows Income Tax and National Insurance related offences; the cases were heard by magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
Fines handed down to businesses for failing to pay Income Tax instalment payments ranged from £150 to £3,850.
In the case of individuals who failed to submit personal Income Tax returns on time penalties ranged from £480 to £1,200.
Costs were also awarded.
