Tribute unveiled to those killed in the line of duty
A Manx-educated policewoman has been included on a new memorial to those who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
Fiona Bone was murdered in a gun and grenade ambush whilst working for Greater Manchester Police in 2012.
Her killer Dale Cregan will never be released from prison.
The UK Police Memorial was unveiled in Staffordshire by Prince Charles last week.
Speaker of the House of Keys Juan Watterson is a friend of the family.
He told Manx Radio he's glad she's been memorialised for her service to the police force, and it reminds us all what a dangerous job it is.
