Burnt food found under a grill
Fire crews from Ramsey, Laxey and Douglas were called out to reports of a kitchen fire at a property in Marine Gardens, Ramsey yesterday (3 May).
Officers were dispatched at 12.45pm and discovered that burnt food, left under a grill, had caused some minor smoke logging within the property.
The grill was removed outside and a positive pressure fan then used to remove the residual smoke.
Crews were in attendance for approximately 20 minutes.
