
Firefighters are dealing with a large gorse fire in the North of the Island.
The Fire and Rescue Service says fire engines and its specialist offroad vehicles are tackling the blaze on grassland near Sulby dam.
Fire officers say the incident could take some time to deal with.
They’re asking people to avoid the area wherever possible.
