Treated by paramedics
Fire crews were called to an unusual incident yesterday afternoon (Wed) after a man became stuck in a tight space.
The call out came around 3.30pm when he became trapped in the roof space of a house on Julian Road in Douglas.
The man had been carrying out cabling work in the property.
Due to the length of time he had been trapped and the fact he was in some discomfort, firemen made an opening in the roof to rescue him.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene.
