
The Director of Highways says the first phase of work to give Douglas Promenade a massive facelift should be completed by next TT.
During its sitting this week, Infrastructure Minister David Cretney will ask Tynwald for £1.6 million for improvements between the Sea Terminal and the Jubilee Clock.
That phase of the enormous project should take just over nine months to complete.
