The First Point Community Portal is a secure online database of consenting people who may be living with identified difficulties.
The digital service is designed to help those with physical or mental health issues.
It's also used by the elderly living on their own.
Graham Bell of the Alzheimer's Society says it's a useful tool for the emergency services in dealing with a missing person with dementia.
