The first Youth Arts Forum has taken place in Douglas this afternoon (Thurs)
Aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 18 . . .the initiative at the former Douglas Youth Club on Kensington Road hopes to create new artistic activities and opportunities for young people to develop their creative skills.
Community Arts Development Manager, Emma Callin, says the initiative forms part of the Island of Culture Youth engagement programme, but it's also looking to the future . . .
