New legislation must be included in annual ceremony within 18 months of Royal Assent
Five new pieces of legislation will be read out on Tynwald Hill as part of this year's Tynwald Day ceremony.
All new acts must be promulgated as part of the annual open-air sitting within 18 months of receiving Royal Assent.
This year's Promulgation of Acts will feature three acts completed last year; the Vaping Products Act, Employment (Amendment) Act and Fines and Penalties Act.
Two pieces of legislation from 2025, the Public Sector Payments Act and Charities Registration and Regulation (Amendment) Act will also be included.
The ceremony also includes the presentation of petitions for redress, where members of the public can present petitions calling for change.
The sitting takes place in St John's on Monday 7 July from 11am.
