Drove past two marked police vehicles
A man's had four penalty points added to his driving licence and been fined £120 after being caught using his mobile phone while driving on the Mountain Road.
Police say he was 'so engrossed' that he drove past two marked police vehicles in different locations and was still using it when he was stopped by officers at the next.
They say being distracted by your phone could have serious consequences, especially in the poor weather conditions today.
