Eight apartments on Park Road
A company’s applied for permission to build a block of eight flats on the site of a bungalow in Ramsey.
Seymar Developments, based in Masonic Buildings in Water Street, has applied to pull down the existing building and build a replacement next door to the Ramsey Park Hotel on Park Road.
The company says the building is in a high-risk zone for tidal flooding, but it would put measures in place to protect it.
