MHK says structural change still required
Flawed decision making by previous Manx governments could have been avoided had it been a single body in the eyes of the law.
So insists an MHK who has long called for it to change its standing.
At the moment, individual departments are separate legal entities, while the Isle of Man government as a whole is not recognised.
