Event's return announced at government conference
It's been confirmed the Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival will return next year.
Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston made the announcement at the Government Conference this morning (Wednesday 24 September).
The event was cancelled last year, with the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture saying it was moving to an 'alternative model'.
In 2026, it will take place at Noble's Park following the Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT - moving away from its former home at the Villa Marina.
It's also becoming the responsibility of the Department for Enterprise.
Mr Johnston has been speaking to Christian Jones:
Three-month wait for state pension forecast statements
OFT to investigate possible regulation of funeral directors
"One of the Island's foremost champions of Manx heritage" to receive Tynwald Honour
No timeline yet for reinstatement of rehab service to north
Venezuela Fury & Noah Price wedding "a true showcase of the breadth and quality of Manx services"
