Hasan Gogebakan to appear in court again next month
Coronavirus restrictions means a food delivery driver facing an indecent assault charge will appear in court again next month.
Hasan Gogebakan of Christian Road in Douglas was due to appear before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse, but was excused attendance because of the current lockdown.
The thirty-nine year old is accused of indecent assault on a woman he delivered to in Kerroo Coar in Peel on 10 October.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 and is next due to appear in court on 16 February.
