Help us help you, urge volunteers
A foodbank hub will officially open in the north of the Island this morning (Wednesday).
Volunteers will be based at the Church on the Rock in Ramsey from 10 o’clock until 3pm.
It’s been formed by supporters from the Housing Matters charity to help those who are struggling to make ends meet.
One of the team behind the initiative, Louise Whitelegg, says demand for food parcels locally is increasing and can affect anyone.
