Motorists warned not to drink drive
Police are urging people to drink responsibly during tonight’s World Cup semi-final.
England are playing Argentina with kick-off at 8pm.
Officers say they want everyone to enjoy the night safely.
They’re urging people to arrange safe transport home if drinking and are reminding drivers that alcohol can remain in your system the following day.
A spokesperson for the Isle of Man Constabulary said: “Football brings strong emotions, and we want everyone to have an enjoyable and safe evening.
“Please drink responsibly and look after those you are with.”
