"It would kick-start the economy better than any marina"
A former, long-standing member of Ramsey Town Commissioners has bemoaned the Douglas-centric focus of the Manx government.
Richard Radcliffe was a panellist at an 'Any Questions' event held in Ramsey Town Hall recently, which was broadcast on Manx Radio's Perspective programme.
Mr Radcliffe was asked "if there is any way of making the northern powerhouse attractive enough that things 'start buzzing' up there".
