Marcia Brabbs denies breaching Emergency Powers Act
A former domestic abuse campaigner from Onchan has appeared in court accused of using provoking behaviour and breaking Covid-19 rules.
Fifty-four-year-old Marcia Renee Kalb Brabbs of Little Mill Road appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas courthouse.
She’s pleaded not guilty to breaching the Emergency Powers Act and the public order offence on 15 October.
She was bailed to appear again at a pre-trial review on 2 February.
