Edge critical of how Hooper resigned from DHSC position
An MHK has critiqued the former health minister for the manner in which he resigned in Tynwald earlier this week.
Onchan representative Julie Edge says Lawrie Hooper misused the personal statement function when stepping down from his role.
He levelled several accusations at the Council of Ministers in his remarks; namely that it is seeking to privatise the NHS.
She says she thinks Mr Hooper should have done more whilst he had a seat at the table:
