Woman helping police after road accident
A woman from China is helping police in Thailand with their investigation after a former Isle of Man resident was killed in an accident last Saturday.
Eighty-three-year old Keith William McVeighty died in Hang Dong Hospital shortly after the motorbike he was riding was reportedly involved in a collision with a Mazda SUV.
The female is alleged to have accelerated from the inside to the outside lane of the road they were both travelling on and into his path.
Police are checking CCTV footage.
