
The MHK who oversaw the handling of the Island’s long-running bus dispute says he was always hopeful it would be resolved.
Graham Cregeen, who stood down as leisure minister a few weeks ago, thinks the row over workers terms and conditions could soon be settled.
And he admits he’s heartened by the findings of an independent tribunal which backed the department’s stance in a case brought by two drivers who received notices to terminate their contracts and sign up to new terms.
