Chris Thomas takes on new role
Chris Thomas has been appointed vice-chair of Isle of Man Post Office.
The former policy and reform minister was fired from CoMin by the chief minister in May, after his actions were deemed to be ‘at odds with collective responsibility’.
Howard Quayle then recommended the Douglas Central MHK to fill the vacant position yesterday (Tuesday, 21 July).
Mr Thomas will work under the organisation’s chair, Julie Edge MHK, after Tanya August-Hansen MLC resigned from the position in March.
