Cretney welcomes Derby Ward success
Manx Labour's success at local authority level is proof that people want change, according to a former party chairman.
Both its candidates - Devon Watson and Samuel Hamer - were elected to represent Douglas Council at a by-election on Thursday.
David Cretney, who's been associated with the party for more than three decades, says attentions now turn to next year's House of Keys elections.
He hopes the momentum will continue to build:
